Managing Director

With more than two decades in specialist engineering recruitment, Richard has built a reputation for delivering permanent talent into technical temporary works design teams.

Recognising a gap within the temporary works design sector, he developed a dedicated niche offering that went on to earn him Recruitment Consultant of the Year in 2023.

Having consistently delivered high-quality permanent appointments at Anderselite / Morson Group, he founded his own consultancy to provide a more focused, partner-led approach for clients across the UK.
